Kristin O. Cook, 87, of Robinson, IL, passed away on June 11, 2024, in the peaceful comfort of her home. She was born on March 28, 1937, in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Edward O. & Winifred (Wellman) Holmstrom, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Jack Cook on October 21, 1955, and he survives. She is also survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Scott & Starla Cook; by her daughters, Candace Cook and Holly Cook-Graver & her wife, Ann; by her grandchildren, Ashley Cook and Mitch Cook-Graver; by her great-grandchildren, Matthew and Sydney Patenaude; by her sister & brother-in-law, Karen & Gary Lesch; as well as several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew & his wife, Bret & Pam Angel.
Kristin's professional life was as fulfilling as her personal one. Alongside Jack, she co-ran Colonial Appliance in northern Illinois for nearly four decades. As partners in all things, she and Jack visited Europe over 30 ti
