Ted Michael (Mike) Earleywine of Hutsonville, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana, after many months of failing health
He was born on January 26, 1948, at Schmidt Clinic in Robinson, Illinois, to Amos L. (Ted) and Marcella (Sankey) Earleywine. He attended Hutsonville schools and was a 1966 graduate of Hutsonville High School. He attended Vincennes University.
Mike was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served from 1968 to 1972 as an aviation electrician. After being honorably discharged, he returned to his Illinois home and served as a deputy with the Crawford County Sheriff's Department for several years. He then accepted a position with the Illinois Department of Conservation and worked as the ranger at the Crawford County Wildlife Conservation Area near Hutsonville for thirty years until his retirement.
